Merchants or adverstisers are to buy at least one block. The maximum purchase is whatever amount left unsold. Each pixel costs five cents ($0.05) so one block (i.e. 10X10= 100 pixels) costs $ 5.00.
Duration of the List
Once the pixels are sold it will stay there for at least 5 consecutive years, until 31st. October 2010, on this webpage without any extra charge. Advertisers are free to terminate their participation by simply removing their image(s) and link(s) from this web page at any time but there will be no refund from us, and the resulting vacant pixel block(s) will be immediately available to the public.
Ownership of the Web Page
The buyers of pixel block(s) or advertisers on this site have no right to claim ownership of any part of the site apart from having the right to upload image(s) and link(s) on the block(s) paid
for.
The Advertisers' Right
The advertisers have no right to resell the pixel block(s) to any third party. The advertisers are allowed to change the image(s) and link(s) and other particulars regarding the block(s) paid for as long as the terms and conditions are observed.
Reservation
We reserve the rights to change the terms and conditions and the price of the pixels without prior notice. However changes of price will effect only those pixels that are not yet sold.
We take no responsibility whatsoever of external sites linked via ads on this
homepage.
Restriction
Links to offensive, pornographic sites or inappropriate adult images are not allowed on this site. We reserve the right to decide what is appropriate or inappropriate on our web site. Links to inappropriate sites and and images will be removed from the web page without any refund or
explanation.
Uploading
To upload your logo or design on the pixel block(s) images must be in GIF or JPEG
format.
Downtime
Basically the home page will be online 24/7. However there might be occasional downtime for site maintenance and other unexpected mishaps. Downtime will be kept to the minimum but no refund or any subsequent claim whatsoever will be entertained.
Refund
Once duly registered, approved and paid the purchase is non-refundable under any
circumstances.
Payment System
Payments are accepted by PayPal only.
Privacy Policy
Your images and links are stored on our server for the intended use that you submitted it for. We will not sell, share, or give away your e-mail address (or other personal information that you provide to us).
